Bespoke biodiversity trends for the Predator Free 2050 landscape projects

This project was undertaken by the Bioeconomy Science Institute for Predator Free 2050 Limited (the project funder), and their predator elimination landscape project partners (the expected users of this research).

This data collection provides: (a) resources that make it easy for Predator Free 2050 landscape projects to access, use and report biodiversity trends relevant to their area and timelines; and (b) the underlying rationale and methods for calculating these biodiversity trends (using 2007–2024 New Zealand Garden Bird Survey data) and using alerts to highlight trends of interest or concern.
