SORTIE Waitutu data structure

Outline of data files used to calibrate demographic response functions for the Waitutu SORTIE-NZ models (Forsyth et al. accepted manuscript, Ecological Monographs and Kunstler et al. 2013 Annals of Forest Science).

The table is organized as demographic response functions (columns) for different life-history stages (rows). Often more than one file was used to fit response functions in each case (and a single file was used to callibrate more than one response function).
