Illumina high-throughput DNA sequencing data. Plant trnL amplified from rat stomach contents (part 1 of 2). Raw demulitplexed FASTQ files. Files are labelled as follows: "Rat-{sample ID}-{marker}_R{1/2}.fastq.gz". Metadata linked to sample IDs are provided in another file linked to this dataset. Data are also provided for one negative and four positive (silver beech) controls, labelled as follows: "Control-{control ID}-{marker}_R{1/2}.fastq.gz".
