NZ tree leaf area and nitrogen data
Specific leaf area and leaf nitrogen concentration of 108 native and 73 naturalised New Zealand trees. Leaf habit (evergreen or deciduous), status as a nitrogen-fixer, and classification of naturalised trees as environmental weeds in 2008 DOC list are also indicated for each species. Where information was available, spatial location and age of sampled trees are provided.
