Stem diameter data for 107 National Vegetation Survey (NVS) forest plots (20 x 20 m each) first established at Waitutu forest in 1978-1979 and remasured between 1996-1998 following standard procedures described in Hurst and Allen (2007). The primary data is also available from the NVS databank as:

This resource (data file) represents a snapshot of data extracted from the National Vegetation Databank (NVS) for analysis supporting this manuscript.
