NZ naturalised flora distribution workflow 2019
A zipped folder containing R scripts and data used in an automated workflow on 23 July 2019 to produce graphs of naturalised plant species and environmental weed distributions across New Zealand's political regions. The workflow can easily be adapted to obtain GBIF records available for all non-native plant species in the species list provided.
