Edited GLIMS Permanent Snow and Ice Layer with...
GLIMS 2016/17 polygons created by Sabine Baumann (analyst ID 828), documented by this paper: https://doi.org/10.1017/ jog.2020.78
They have been edited by removing debris areas also detailed in that paper, supplied by Brian Anderson from Victoria University of Wellington. Invalid geometries and resulting slivers have also been tidied up (minimum mapping unit of 1 ha).
NOTE: POLYGON ATTRIBUTES HAVE NOT BEEN EDITED, but polygons may have been. Attributes are included for completeness but may no longer accurately reflect the polygon they represent
