NZ naturalised flora distribution workflow 2020
A zipped folder containing R scripts and data used in an automated workflow on 3 August 2020 to produce graphs of naturalised plant species and environmental weed distributions across New Zealand's political regions for Brandt et al. (in prep). The workflow can easily be adapted to obtain GBIF records available for all non-native plant species in the species list provided.
