NestSurvival.xlsx:		Excel database containing the breeding burrow monitoring data used to fit and validate the Bayesian hierarchical model. 
				Original data provided by Peter Hodum (Oikonos) to Pablo Garcia-Diaz. Re-organised by Pablo Garcia-Diaz to make it easy to use. 
				See metadata in the last spreadsheet of the file.


NestSurvival.xlsx: 		Comma-separated file containing the breeding burrow monitoring data used to fit and validate the Bayesian hierarchical model. 
				It is the same data as 'NestSurvival.xlsx', but in .csv format that can be imported directly into R for running the Bayesian models.


BayesianModelScript.r:		Annotated R script for fitting the Bayesian hierarchical model using package NIMBLE.

Simulation-CostEffectiveness.r: Annotated R script, for estimating the cost-effectiveness, biological benefits, and net present costs of four fencing scenarios.
